Q. What is TwentyFourr? And what does it do?
A. TwentyFourr connects you to a logistic system, ready to deliver / move your stuff as soon as possible or scheduled for pickup at a future dates. We deliver items of all sizes as long as it fits in a truck, for restricted items check the next faq.
Q. What items will TwentyFourr not move?
A. TwentyFourr will try to deliver all kind of legal items except alcohol / weed / food / perishable items, as long as the weight is less than 300 pounds. If any items require hands of more than one person please add it in the notes. Still have questions reach us

Q. How much does TwentyFourr cost?
A. Shipping costs mostly depend on three factors: when you need an item (asap / scheduled), the distance between the pickup location and the delivery location, and the item’s weight. Shipping costs increase if you need the item quicker, if the distance is further,
and if the item being shipped is heavy. Once you are creating the order in TwentyFourr App you will get the real time pricing, where you can pay and confirm the order.
Q. Real time pricing showing too much, what's the deal?
A. If you think the pricing is too much or showing wrong, please check by any chance, if you have entered store name(s) instead of the address, please try again with the addresses instead of the name. Still not convinced? Feel free to reach us at

Q. Should I pack my delivery items?
A. Please make sure to pack your delivery items in a sealed manner (box/envelope/bag/etc.) and then hand them over to our delivery partner. If items are not packed delivery partners have the right to deny the service. TwentyFourr doesn't allow any loose items/objects to be delivered.
Q. What are the dimensions of the vehicles?
A. The dimensions of the vehicle sent to you will depend on the size and weight of your pickup item.
Q. What hours does TwentyFourr operate?
A. You can create a pickup on TwentyFourr Monday - Friday 9 AM- 5 PM. If there is an emergency delivery outside this window feel free to reach us at
support.
Q. How secure is TwentyFourr’s payment system?
A. We use the world's safest payment processing system, Stripe.
Q. What happens if the drop off location is closed?
A. If the drop off location is closed or unavailable then TwentyFourr will reach out to you requesting an alternate.
If no alternate is provided items may be returned or left. Note: Customers will be responsible for the additional costs.
Q. What happens if the pick-up location is closed?
A. If the pick-up location is closed or unavailable then TwentyFourr will reach out to you requesting an alternate.
If no alternate is provided order will be cancelled and the customer will be charged.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Items scheduled for ASAP pickup will be delivered with an average ETA of 1-2 hours (depending on traffic).
Items scheduled for a future date will be delivered within 24 Hrs of the scheduled date and time.
Q. Do I need to be at the pickup location or destination?
A. We do require either you or someone else to be present at both locations. You can add other people as a contact to your items
in the notes section.
Q. What area does TwentyFourr cover?
A. We currently operate and deliver in Metro Vancouver.
Q. How do I pay on TwentyFourr? Can I pay by cash?
A. We currently only accept debit and credit cards. We do not accept payments in the form of cash.
Q. What is TwentyFourr’s cancellation policy?
A. For cancellation done within 24 hours of the expected pickup time there will be a charge of 50% applied to the refund.
For cancellations made beyond 24 hours, there will be a charge of five dollars.
For ASAP delivery the charge will be 60% of order price.

Q. How do I schedule a pickup on TwentyFourr?
A. You can schedule a pickup through our mobile app. Enter your pickup and drop off location.
Set a time convenient for you and tell us what you are shipping. Complete the process by paying with a debit or credit card.
After completion you will receive an email with all the details about your order.
Q. How do I know my scheduled item is on the way?
A. You can check the status of your items scheduled by clicking on your order under the In Process page / Home page.
This is the order review page and the status of your order is dynamically updated here. And we will also update you over email for any changes.
Q. Can I schedule multiple items to deliver in advance?
A. You can schedule as many items as you would like, all at the same time or days apart.
Q. Can I have TwentyFourr pay for my Kijiji/Craigslist/Marketplace item?
A. Twentyfourr is not able to pay for items you buy through Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace or other similar services.
We recommend you make your own arrangements to pay for your items before you make a booking with us. And to notify us leave a note
in the notes section and add the receipt in the image section.
Q. Can I make a booking on your website instead of the mobile app? And how to use the Promo Code?
A. Currently, we only accept bookings made through TwentyFourr mobile app.
For Promo Code you enter your promo code on the last screen before paying, when you’re creating the order.
Q. Do you have any promo codes or discounts?
A. Yes we have promo codes for new users who use our services for the first time. Use SIGNUP21 for your first order.
